Sizing Your Crocs

Before wearing your crocs outside, please take a few minutes to try them on a carpeted surface. This will ensure that we can provide a refund or exchange in the event you are not satisfied. Crocs are designed to fit loosely. The wide, roomy foot-bed may feel large at first however, this is one of the key reasons your Crocs are so darn comfortable. To adjust the fit, simply stretch the back of the heel strap slowly until it retains the desired length.

How Will Crocs Respond to Extreme Heat?

Crocs will respond to body heat by molding to your feet. If exposed to extremely high temperatures they can shrink or deform. To avoid this, do not expose them to temperatures above 180° F or 82° C.

Are Crocs Really Slip Resistant?

Yes they are! But, just like a performance tire, when the treads become worn, their slip-resistant nature will be compromised. That's when you know it's time to treat your feet to a new pair.

How Do I Clean My Crocs?

Simply rinse your Crocs with water. You can also sterilize them with a mixture of 10% bleach and water.

 

 

Crocs History

It all started when three Boulder, Colorado based founders decided to develop and market an innovative type of footwear called Crocs™ shoes

Originally intended as a boating/outdoor shoe because of its slip-resistant, non-marking sole. By 2003 Crocs had become a bona-fide phenomenon, universally accepted as an all purpose shoe for comfort and fashion.

From 2003-2004 Crocs focused on accommodating our remarkable growth while maintaining control. We expanded our product line, added warehouses and shipping programs for speedy assembly and delivery, hired a senior management team and acquired Foam Creations. Today, Crocs are available all over the world and on the internet as we continue to significantly expand all aspects of our business.

Despite our rapid success, we still stand behind to the core values of Crocs Footwear. We are committed to making a lightweight, comfortable, slip-resistant, fashionable and functional shoe that can be produced quickly and at an affordable price to our customers.
